Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered fulfilled and successfully delivered when any of the following occurs:

- Access credentials have been delivered.

Once any of these delivery methods has occurred, the order is considered complete.
Incorrect Email Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.
Spark Tools Hub is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.
If you believe you entered an incorrect email address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been fulfilled.
Download Issues
If you experience difficulty downloading your purchased product, please contact our support team.

Technical assistance does not affect the fulfillment status of an order.
International Delivery

Failed Delivery

Refunds

Once an order has been fulfilled, it becomes subject to our Refund Policy, under which no refunds will be issued after successful delivery, download, activation, licensing, or access, except where required by applicable law.
